The average qualification completion time is 6-12 Weeks

The period of the course will significantly depend on the candidates’ interest, motivation and availability.

To achieve this qualification, all candidates will be assessed via OSAT (On-Site Assessment and Training) or remote assessments which will take place at the learners’ workplace.

Candidates will be allocated an expert assessor who will support them during the course and carry out all the necessary assessment procedures required to successfully complete the qualification.

The assessment process will consist of a range of communication methods and evidence collection processes tailored around the individual learner needs. Evidence is gathered by means of videos, photographs, On-site assessments, observations, written questions, workplace documents, professional discussions and witness testimonies.  Your assessor will support you throughout the process.

Upon successfully completion of the course, you will be awarded a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Trowel Occupations (Construction). You can apply for a blue ‘skilled worker’ CSCS card using your NVQ Diploma along with a valid CITB Health and Safety Test which must be achieved within the last two years.
